Why charge for free software? VPN setup, configuration, and ongoing maintenance takes our time. This covers that.

You might notice our base tiers ($59/$119/$179/$299) have higher margins than 25%. Here's why:

VPS cost: $6.50-35/mo (depending on tier)
Backup storage: $1-3/mo
Monitoring: $1/mo per customer
Our management time:
- Initial setup: 1-2 hours
- Ongoing support: 4-hour SLA, email responses, incident handling
- Backup verification: Daily checks
- Security updates: Weekly maintenance

Base tiers = simplified flat-rate pricing that includes management.

Add-ons = strict cost + 25% on infrastructure, $150/hour for custom work.
